AI never gets tunnel vision on the claim you walked in with. Feeding it a fact pattern and demanding every plausible claim and defense is the cheapest issue-spotting second pass in law.
Why this matters: You were trained to issue-spot under exam pressure; the model does it without the pressure and without your anchoring bias. It will list theories you dismissed — most will deserve dismissal, but the one that doesn’t pays for the whole exercise.
