No, and the challenge is built to make that explicit. Day 9 forbids the model from adding a single finding or recommendation you did not supply. Day 3 requires every claim to carry a source you can open. Day 12 builds a review layer specifically for the ways AI-assisted documents fail. What you get faster is the preparation, the structuring, the drafting from your own outline and the admin. What stays yours is the judgement, because that is the only thing a client cannot buy anywhere else.

Installed on day 6, and most firms have not noticed it. Article 4 of the EU AI Act entered into application on 2 February 2025 and requires providers and deployers of AI systems to take measures to support AI literacy among their staff. The European Commission is explicit that this reaches beyond employees to people acting on the organisation behalf — contractors, service providers and clients — and that a firm whose staff use a general assistant to write or translate text is in scope and should inform them about specific risks such as hallucination. National market surveillance authorities began supervising it in August 2026.

Possibly, and the threshold is lower than people expect. The obligation applies to deployers, not just developers, so simply using AI systems in your work brings you into scope. It applies to firms outside the EU where the AI system is placed on the Union market, used in the Union, or its use has an impact on people located in the EU. The reassuring part is what is not required: the Commission states plainly that no certificate is needed, no AI officer is mandated, no governance board is required, and no specific level of literacy must be guaranteed. Enforcement is proportionate. Nothing here is legal advice — confirm what applies to your firm.

Day 24 is entirely about that conversation, because clients are starting to ask and improvising the answer sounds bad. The firms handling it well say the same four things: what we use it for and what we never use it for, what happens to your information, how our review process keeps a named human accountable for every deliverable, and why the fee reflects judgement and accountability rather than typing time. Day 24 has you write that as a paragraph you could say out loud, plus a short version for an engagement letter — including the answer to the follow-up question about whether it should therefore cost less.
