This Privacy Policy explains how Zekai (“we”, “us”), the operator of zekaiwork.com, collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit our website. 1. Information We Collect
Information you give us. When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your name, email address, and (optionally) your profession. When you email us, we receive your email address and message content.
Information collected automatically. With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (loaded via Google Tag Manager) to collect anonymous usage data: pages visited, approximate location (country/city level), device and browser type, and how you found us. We do not use this data to identify you personally.
2. Cookies and Consent
We use two kinds of cookies:
- Essential cookies — required for the site to function (for example, remembering your language choice and your cookie preferences). These do not require consent.
- Analytics cookies — set by Google Analytics only after you click “Accept” on our cookie banner. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set.

Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained by Google Analytics for 14 months. Email correspondence is kept as long as needed to handle your request.

The site is served over HTTPS, protected by a web application firewall, and access to subscriber data is limited to the site operator.
9. Children
This site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
10. International Visitors
Zekai serves visitors worldwide in nine languages. Data may be processed on servers located in the United States (hosting and Google services). Where required, transfers rely on safeguards such as Google’s standard contractual clauses.
