1. What Zekai Is
Zekai is an editorial directory of AI tools, organized by profession, with reviews, scores, news, and guides in nine languages. We are an independent publisher — we do not own, operate, or sell the tools listed, and listing a tool is not an endorsement or guarantee of its quality, safety, or fitness for your purpose. All listings, scores, and verdicts are editorial content.
2. Accuracy of Information
We work to keep tool descriptions, pricing, and features accurate and current, but AI tools change quickly. Pricing, free plans, features, and availability shown on Zekai may be outdated at any moment, and we make no warranty that any listing is accurate, complete, or current. Always verify details on the tool’s official website before purchasing or relying on them. Zekai scores and verdicts are editorial opinions, not statements of fact and not professional advice. We welcome corrections from anyone — including the companies behind the tools — under our Corrections & Content Removal Policy, and we act on valid correction notices promptly.

We aim to respond within 7 business days of a valid notice and to correct, update, or remove content where justified. Because the directory depends in part on information published by third parties, our responsibility for third-party-originated inaccuracies begins when we receive a valid notice; failure to send a notice before pursuing any claim deprives us of the opportunity to cure, and you agree to give us that opportunity first.
8. User and Vendor Submissions
When you submit information to Zekai — through our tool submission form, claim-listing process, advertising inquiries, or by email — you warrant that the information is accurate, that you are authorized to provide it, and that it does not infringe any third party’s rights. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to publish, edit, translate, format, and display that information across the site and our channels. We may edit, decline, or remove any submission at our discretion, and submitted information remains subject to independent editorial review. You are responsible for damages arising from false or misleading information you submit.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: scrape or bulk-download site content; attempt to breach site security; submit false information through our forms; impersonate a company or its representative; or use the site for any unlawful purpose. We may block access for violations.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zekai and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or of any tool, deal, or information found through it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the site shall not exceed one hundred euros (EUR 100) or the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, whichever is greater. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of the Republic of Türkiye have jurisdiction over disputes, except where mandatory law grants you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights you hold under the laws of your country of residence.
