Lesson 12: Ask what the chart is not showing.
Modern assistants can read images. Point one at a figure and it will describe what is there — the actual skill is asking the questions that go past description.
Why this matters: Half the marks in a data question come from noticing what the axis, the sample size, or the absent error bars are hiding. That is an interrogation habit, and you can build it on any figure in your notes.
