Lesson 13: Group projects fail on coordination, not ability.
The usual failure mode is unclear ownership and no shared definition of done. Both of those are writing problems, and writing problems can be solved in five minutes.
Why this matters: You cannot make your group members more diligent. You can make it unmistakably clear who owes what by when — which removes exactly the ambiguity that most free-riding hides behind.
