Lesson 9: Triage before you read.
A summary is not a substitute for reading. It is a tool for deciding what deserves to be read closely — which is a different and entirely legitimate job.
Why this matters: You were assigned nine readings and you have time for three. Use the model to choose which three, then read those properly, yourself. The point of triage is to buy depth somewhere.
