📖 Today’s lesson
Lesson 13: Templates kill the grading marathon.
Most feedback you write is variations of twenty comments. Build the bank once — organized by issue, warm in tone, ending in a next step — and grading becomes assembly plus judgment instead of composition.
Why this matters: Research is clear: feedback beats grades for learning. But feedback takes time grades don’t. A comment bank collapses that tradeoff — students get specific, actionable notes, and you get your evening.
