Classroom management is mostly pre-built routines, not in-the-moment discipline. The model scripts the routines — entry, transitions, materials, dismissal — you rehearse them with students until they run themselves.
Why this matters: The calmest classrooms aren’t run by the sternest teachers; they’re run by the best systems. Scripting every routine used to be a summer project. It’s an afternoon now — and September you will thank August you.
