Lesson 18: A confident answer is not a checked answer.
Employment law varies by country, state and sometimes city, and it changes. A model asked a specific statutory question will rarely say "I do not know" — it will produce something that reads exactly like law.
Why this matters: The dangerous failure is not a wrong answer. It is a fluent, specific, correctly-formatted wrong answer — a notice period, a filing deadline, a threshold — quoted to an employee or a manager who then relies on it. Seeing one produced on demand changes how you read every output afterwards.
