Questions before you start

Is this really free?
Yes. Zekai is an independent AI tools directory — the challenge is how we introduce people to the tools we test. Some tool pages contain affiliate links; the challenge itself costs nothing and requires no purchase.
Is it safe to use AI for listings? What about Fair Housing?
That is exactly why four of the thirty drills exist. Fair housing law applies to AI-written copy the same as your own, and the liability is yours, not the tool’s. Day 6 builds the rule into your listing prompt, day 13 makes a model produce risky copy on purpose so you learn to recognise it, day 24 is a pre-publication audit, and day 28 has you write your own policy against your brokerage and MLS rules. The rule underneath all of it: describe the property, never the people.
Will it price my listings for me?
No, and any tool that claims to should worry you. A model has no MLS access and no local comps. Day 8 teaches the split that keeps you safe: you supply every figure, it supplies the sentences. Never the other way round.
Why can’t I see all 30 drills at once?
Because binge-reading builds nothing. The challenge unlocks one drill per day from the day you sign — the way any skill gets built: daily reps. Day 1 is open right now so you can try it before committing.
Do I need any AI experience?

What if I miss a day?
Life happens, and so do closings. The challenge is sequential, not strict-daily. Pick up where you left off; the certificate cares that you finish all 30, not that you were perfect.
Is the certificate continuing education credit?
No. It is a certificate of completion of an educational challenge — not accredited CE, not a licence credential, and not issued by any association or regulator. It certifies that you put in 30 days of deliberate AI practice.
