Lesson 18: A confident answer is not a checked answer.
A model has no access to your MLS, the county records, or the HOA. Asked about a specific property, it will not say "I don't know" — it will produce something plausible.
Why this matters: The dangerous failure is not a wrong answer. It is a fluent, specific, correctly-formatted wrong answer — an HOA fee, a lot size, a tax figure — that goes straight into a listing because it looked right. Seeing one produced on demand changes how you read every output afterwards.
