Lesson 6: Describe the property, not the people.
Fair housing law applies to AI-written copy exactly as it applies to copy you type yourself. There is no exemption for automated tools, and the liability sits with you and your brokerage, not with the AI company.
Why this matters: NAR Article 10 prohibits any advertisement indicating a preference or limitation based on race, colour, religion, sex, disability, familial status, national origin, sexual orientation or gender identity. Models learned from decades of listings written when some of that language was normal — so they will suggest it back to you, fluently and with no warning. This is the rule you drill from day one.
