Every tool is scored 1-10 on four fixed criteria: ease of use, accuracy and quality, time saving, and value for money. The four combine into a single Zekai Score. Every score is based on real tasks in the profession the tool is listed under, rather than in the abstract — see our full methodology for how each dimension is evaluated.
No. Sponsorship buys placement and visibility, never a higher score, and every paid slot is labelled as such. Scores are set editorially against the same four criteria for every tool. Each review also names at least one real limitation, because no tool is perfect.
Yes. Browsing, comparing and reading every review is free, with no account required and no paywall on any tool page. Zekai is funded by affiliate links and clearly labelled sponsorships, which is exactly why scoring is kept independent of both.
Zekai covers 38 professional fields, from doctors, lawyers and accountants to software developers, marketers, designers, teachers and project managers. Each field has its own hub listing every reviewed tool for that job, ranked by Zekai Score, alongside a buying guide.
New tools are added and published continuously, and existing entries are re-checked and re-scored over time as products change. Each tool page shows when it was last reviewed, so you can see how current a given score is before relying on it.
