Zekai’s scores, verdicts, pros and cons, and rankings are set by our editorial team, independent of any commercial relationship with the tools we cover. No company can pay to raise a Zekai Score, move up a ranking, or remove a documented limitation. This applies whether or not a tool advertises with us, is a claimed listing, or has an affiliate relationship with Zekai.

Sponsorship labeling

Sponsored placements — featured slots, profession-page sponsorships, and similar paid visibility — are always visually labeled as sponsored or featured on the page where they appear. Sponsorship buys placement and visibility. It never buys a score, a ranking position based on merit, or editorial content written to order.

Corrections policy

Zekai reviews are generated from documented research into each tool — its real capabilities, pricing, and use cases — and are checked editorially before publication. Mistakes still happen, especially as tools update their pricing and features faster than any directory can track. If you find an error — wrong price, outdated feature, factual mistake — tell us. We reply within one business day and correct verified errors promptly rather than defend them.

Review freshness

Tools change. When we re-check and update an entry, the tool page shows a “Last reviewed” date so you know how current the information is. Entries without a visible date have not yet been through a re-check since original publication — treat pricing and feature details on those pages as approximate and verify on the vendor’s own site before purchasing.
