Lesson 7: Constraints expose understanding.
Anyone can read a clause aloud. Explaining it in plain language, under a hard word limit, with the client's actual risk named — that is a test of whether you understand it.
Why this matters: A client will ask you what a contingency clause means while standing in a kitchen. You either explain it clearly or you say "I'll check with the broker". One of those wins trust. Practise on the clauses you always fumble.
