Lesson 12: Ask what the number is not showing.
Modern assistants can read images. Point one at a market report and it will describe what is there — the skill is asking the questions that go past description.
Why this matters: "Median price is up 4%" can mean the market rose, or that only expensive homes sold. Those are opposite stories and clients cannot tell them apart. Knowing which one you are looking at is what makes you worth listening to.
