Lesson 22: Rehearsal is the point.
Difficult conversations go badly mostly because you improvise them. Rehearsing against a model that plays the other side lets you fail privately and cheaply first.
Why this matters: Telling a seller their price is wrong, or that you are stepping away from a listing, is the conversation agents postpone longest and handle worst. You will have the real one better for having already had it once.
