our partner is seeking AI Generalist Experts to contribute to a customer project focused on improving next-generation AI systems. In this role, you'll apply your professional experience, problem-solving skills, and familiarity with AI tools to complete real-world tasks, evaluate AI outputs, and provide structured feedback. Your expertise will help improve how AI models understand and perform practical tasks.
Scope of Work
- Execute real-world digital workflows involving online platforms, products, and services.
- Use ChatGPT and other AI tools to complete assigned tasks and evaluate their performance.
- Perform online purchasing, payment, and cancellation workflows when required, following project guidelines.
- Document task execution through screenshots, observations, and structured feedback.
- Identify errors, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement in AI-generated outputs.
- Provide clear, detailed feedback to improve AI accuracy and real-world usability.
- Complete multiple assignments independently while maintaining high-quality standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- A few years of professional work experience in any field, including business, technology, operations, or related domains.
- Hands-on experience using ChatGPT or similar AI tools.
- Strong digital literacy and confidence navigating online platforms and applications.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Strong written communication and documentation abilities.
- Comfortable completing real-world purchasing and cancellation tasks, including using personal payment methods under approved reimbursement procedures.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple assignments, and maintain good weekly availability.
- Previous experience with our partner, AI training, digital projects, or similar assignments is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is preferred but not mandatory.
