Corrections & Content Removal Policy

Zekai (zekaiwork.com) is an independent editorial directory of AI tools. We profile thousands of products in nine languages, and we work hard to keep every listing accurate. But AI tools change fast — prices move, features ship, products get renamed or shut down. This page explains exactly how to get anything on Zekai corrected, updated, or removed. We act on every valid request, in good faith, quickly.
1. If We Got Something Wrong
If any information on Zekai about your product or company is outdated or incorrect — pricing, features, descriptions, availability, logos, screenshots, or anything else — tell us and we will fix it. Email info@zekaiwork.com with:
- The URL of the Zekai page concerned;
- What is incorrect and what the correct information is;
- A link to an official source confirming the correct information (your pricing page, changelog, announcement, etc.).
We aim to respond within 7 business days and, where the correction is verified, to update the listing (and its translations) promptly. Corrections are free. You never need to pay Zekai anything to have inaccurate information fixed.
2. If You Own a Listed Tool
Companies can manage their presence on Zekai directly. Use the Claim this listing link found on every tool page to verify ownership, provide up-to-date official information, and keep your profile current. Claimed information is still subject to our editorial review — Zekai Scores, verdicts, pros and cons remain independent editorial opinions and cannot be purchased or edited by vendors.
3. Removal Requests
If you own or officially represent a tool listed on Zekai and want the listing removed entirely, email info@zekaiwork.com from a company email address (or provide equivalent proof that you are authorized to act for the company), identifying the listing URL and the reason for the request. We honor legitimate removal requests from verified owners or their authorized representatives. When a listing is removed, we also remove its translations, set up redirects so visitors don’t hit dead pages, and ask search engines to drop the removed pages from their indexes.
4. Trademark Concerns
Tool names and logos appear on Zekai for identification purposes only (nominative fair use), to tell readers which product a listing describes. A listing does not imply any affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement between Zekai and the trademark owner. If you believe any use of your trademark on Zekai goes beyond identification or creates confusion, email info@zekaiwork.com with the details and we will review and, where appropriate, modify or remove the material.
5. Copyright Complaints
If you believe content on Zekai infringes your copyright, send a notice to info@zekaiwork.com including: (a) identification of the copyrighted work; (b) the URL of the allegedly infringing material on Zekai; (c) your contact details; (d) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; and (e) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner. We review such notices promptly and remove or disable access to infringing material where the claim is valid.
6. Right of Reply
If your company disagrees with an editorial assessment on Zekai (for example a score or verdict), you may send a response to info@zekaiwork.com. Editorial opinions are ours and are protected as such, but we correct factual errors underlying any assessment, and where reasonable we may note the vendor’s position on the page.
